Steps to Resetting your cookies - Internet Explorer
First, close all web browsers, then open the folder containing your cookies. For IE, the default location would be:
C:\Documents and Settings\your_username\Cookies\
(where "your_username" in the path above is whatever username you use to log in to Windows)
Delete any cookies with "ChemACX" or "cambridgesoft" in the name in this folder.
(You can do a Find File in your cookies folder for anything with "ChemACX" or "Cambridgesoft" in the name to find them all.).
Now go to our web site: http://www.cambridgesoft.com/ and click on the Login button in the Menu bar near the top of the page (http://www.cambridgesoft.com/login/). Login with your *email* address and password.
Now you should be able to go to the web site in question (like www.ChemFinder.com or http://ChemACX.cambridgesoft.com etc.) and use the site. If you don't log out, you can simply go to the web site and start searching whenever you need to use it.
Steps to Resetting your cookies - FireFox
Launching Firefox, then go to the Tools menu and choose Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab, then click the Clear button for Cookies.
- Restart FireFox
