Support and Maintenance Plans

Annual Support and Maintenance Plans (SMPs) provide you with one year of telephone and email support, general corrective software updates for versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term, and new feature-enhanced future versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term. Below is a brief description of the two levels of SMP that we offer:

Global Support:

  • One year of telephone and email support
  • General corrective software updates for versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term
  • New feature-enhanced future versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term

Ultra Support:

In addition to Global Support, this plan adds:

  • Named Support Representative
  • Specific workflow knowledge using a maintained customer environment
  • Monthly Reports
