  1. If you have stored Templates or Stationary in the ChemDraw Items folder, please make a copy of them and place them on your desktop. They are located at Macintosh HD > Applications > CS ChemOffice 2010
  2. Drag the CS ChemOffice 2010 folder (located at Macintosh HD > Applications) to the Trash and empty the Trash
  3. Drag the CS ChemOffice 2010 folder (located at Macintosh HD > Applications) and Macintosh HD\Library\Application Support\CambridgeSoft to the Trash and empty the Trash
  4. Download the 12.0.3 update.
  5. Double click on the downloaded .DMG file which will mount the installer image on your Desktop.
  6. Open the installer image and double click the 'Install CS ChemBioDraw Ultra.mpkg' installer.
  7. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the install.

Please note, the location of the ChemDraw Items folder has changed in this version. The new location is located here: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/CambridgeSoft/CS ChemOffice 2010/ChemDraw Items

You will need to move any Stationery documents or Templates you backed up into this new location.
