Users are unable to see a container's location history



Users need to have privileges to view the audit trail to see the container location history. To add the privilege follow these steps:

  1. Log into Inventory with an administrator user e.g. invadmin
  2. Go to the Security box and click 'Manage Roles'
  3. In Manage Role window select 'Inventory' form the 'View Roles From' dropdown and the user's assigned role from the 'Select Role' box then click 'Edit'
  4. In the 'Role' window scroll down the options until you locate 'INV_VIEW_AUDIT_TRAIL' and mark the check box next to it to enable it then click 'Save' at the bottom
  5. Log out and back in to see the changes
