Unable to see a user with correct privileges in the Registration Scientist DropDown



This issue can occur if the use is set as inactive in the application. To change the user's status please follow these steps:

  1. Log into CBOE with an administrative user e.g. cssadmin
  2. Go to 'Security' > 'Manage Users'
  3. Select the user
  4. Click 'Edit'
  5. Mark the 'Active' checkbox is marked
  6. Click 'Save'
  7. Log off
