Question:

Active Directory won’t work for iLab.

 

Answer:

An Active Directory user needs to be setup in the Portal, under the Administration tab, in Security, System Setup, under Security.

As per the manual: Security - Login credentials are required here when the Security System is set up to use Active Directory. Once all the modules have been configured for Active Directory users in the Security System Administrator, you need to specify the Active Directory user’s credentials here to login to the Portal using Active Directory users
