Question:

Unable to share experiments or edit users | Elements Pro accounts

 

Answer:

For Elements Pro accounts the Administrator of the account must add new users using the Administrator tool to avoid problems with the data sharing features.

Users added to the same order using the activation link will be included in the Public tenant not in the customer’s tenant.
