Question:

When reporting to Sapphire, LimsLink CDS gives a Bad Gateway error.

 

Answer:

This error is caused by an issue on the Sapphire server that is severing the link between Sapphire and LimsLink CDS. In most cases you will need to reset services on the Sapphire server. Please contact LabVantage support for further details.
