ChemFinder Automation Language (CAL)

ChemFinder Automation Language (CAL) is a set of commands that control many of ChemFinder's operations. You invoke CAL commands in either of two ways:

  • Interactively, by typing commands and executing them one at a time on a command line.
  • By scripts, using ASCII files containing a series of CAL commands to be executed automatically in sequence. You can use scripts to communicate with other Windows applications.

You can  include scripts you write on the Scripts menu, and you can activate them with buttons on the form. You can use the step on command to debug scripts you write.
