Atoms Collection

Represents all of the explicit atoms in a Molecule object. Explicit means that a bond to the atom must also be explicit.

For example, the Atoms collection for each of the representations of toluene shown below would contain 7, 8, 8, and 11 atoms respectively for A, B, C, and D.

Note that while the methyl hydrogens in C are shown, they are not counted because the C-H bonds are not shown.

An Atoms collection is returned by the Atoms property of the Molecule object.
