PerkinElmer provides Support to the following Enterprise Customers:

  • Current Service Contract holders on the current version of our software, or one previous major version e.g. if Enterprise 10 is the current version, then we support it and version 9 (one previous major release)
  • Term license users on the current version of our software
  • Users still within the 30 day warranty period
