The current version of our Desktop Software is version 12. CambridgeSoft provides Support to the following Desktop Customers:

  • Current Service Contract holders on the current version of our software or 11.x (one previous major release)
  • Term license users on the current version of our software
  • Users still within the 30 day warranty period
