This is a great opportunity for scientists and researchers to learn how CambridgeSoft’s ChemBioOffice suite of products can help enhance your research productivity and quality.

We will show you how the latest features of the ChemBioOffice suite can help both current and future users speed and polish chemical drawing, calculate chemical properties, store and retrieve compounds and analyze structures and data.

This event will include tips on products such as ChemBioDraw, ChemBio3D, ChemFinder/BioViz, BioAssay, Inventory and E-Notebook, along with our scientific databases and hosted solutions.

The morning session will cover the ChemBioViz Suite and the afternoon session will cover the ChemBioOffice Suite.

11:00 am – 11:45 am ChemBio3D: Visualize 3D structures; minimize energy; calculate properties; connect to 3rd party products such as MOPAC, Gaussian, etc.

ChemFinder/BioViz: Profiling compounds using ChemFinder; analyze drug efficacy using BioViz

12:15 pm – 1:00 pm Hosted Lunch and Networking
1:00 pm – 1:30 pm BioAssay: Flexible storage, retrieval and analysis of biological assay data. Designed for experimental optimization supporting the setup of biological models.
1:30 pm – 2:00 pm Inventory: Management of chemical and non-chemical inventory data providing a tool for research chemical sourcing and purchasing. Integrated with ChemACX database.
2:00 pm – 2:30 pm How do I decide? Selecting the best solution for your application
3:00 pm – 3:30 pm Scientific databases and hosted solutions: Providing a range of databases to answer everyday scientific questions, sources include ChemACX, The Merck Index, and chembiofinder.com. In addition, CambridgeSoft can also help manage your IT budget by hosting your applications.

From San Francisco International Airport: Take Highway 101 North. Take the Grand Avenue/South San Francisco exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. At the traffic light turn right onto Grand Ave. At the next traffic light turn left onto Gateway Blvd. The hotel approximately half a mile ahead on the right.

From Oakland Airport: Take route 880 West towards San Francisco. Cross the Bay Bridge and take Highway 101 South in the direction of San Francisco Airport. Take the South San Francisco/Oyster Point exit;go east back over freeway onto Oyster Point. Then turn right onto Gateway Blvd. The hotel is approximately half a mile ahead on the left.

From San Jose Airport: Exit the airport to Guadalupe Parkway. Then take highway 101 North/ Take the Grand Avenue/ South San Francisco exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. At the traffic light turn right onto Grand Ave. At the next traffic light turn left onto Gateway Blvd. The hotel is approximately half a mile ahead on the right.

From 101 Southbound: Take the Oyster Point East Exit (toward bay). Turn right onto Gateway Blvd. The hotel is located half a mile ahead on the left.

From 101 Northbound: Take the Grand Avenue/South San Francisco exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. At the traffic light turn right onto Grand Ave. At the next traffic light turn left onto Gateway Blvd. The hotel is approximately half a mile ahead on the right.
