Michael G. Tomasic

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tomasic joined the Company in 1991 and serves as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Previously, he served as President of Kurzweil AI and President of MassComp. Mr. Tomasic also held corporate, marketing and development management positions with Digital Equipment. He received an MBA from Harvard University and a BS from the University of Illinois.

Michael C. Rubenstein

Vice President, Development and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Rubenstein co-founded the Company in 1986 and serves as Vice President, Development, Chief Technology Officer and Director. Mr. Rubenstein holds an AB from Oberlin College.

Robert S. Joseph

Vice President, Global Marketing>

Mr. Joseph joined the Company in 1995 and serves as Vice President, Global Marketing and Director. Previously, he was Vice President, Marketing at Kurzweil AI, Vice President, Marketing at VIA Systems and Vice President, Marketing and Sales at Computer Devices. Earlier, Mr. Joseph held various marketing and sales management positions at Digital Equipment. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

William W. Irving

Vice President, Global Sales

Mr. Irving serves as Vice President, Global Sales, and joined the Company in 2003. He worked at Accelrys from 1993, holding the position of Vice President, Global Accounts when he left in 2002. Mr. Irving received a MS in Chemistry from Tufts University and a BA from Boston College.

Francis J. Bates

Vice President, Global Service

Mr Bates serves as Vice President, Global Service, and joined the Company in 2002. Previously, he held the position of Vice President at Darwin Partners. Mr. Bates was in sales, marketing and services delivery at Keane. He was in sales for professional services at Digital Equipment and in sales at Olin Chemicals. Mr. Bates received a MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Chemistry from Holy Cross College.

James T. Reilly, CPA

Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Reilly serves as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and joined the Company in 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Pegasystems from 2000, holding the position of Vice President, Finance, Treasurer & Chief Accounting Officer when he left in 2007. Previously, Mr. Reilly was Corporate Controller at GSI Lumonics. Earlier, he held corporate budget, finance, and plant controller management positions with Digital Equipment. Mr. Reilly received an MBA from Dartmouth College and a BS from Purdue University.
