Pipette Tracker is a calibration application that helps laboratories reduce the time and resources required to schedule, conduct and document the regular testing and calibration that is necessary to ensure that liquid handling devices are performing according to specifications.
- Automatic data collection, calculations and corrections eliminates the risk of manual errors providing increased confidence in the integrity of data
- Fully automated scheduling of device calibrations, rescheduling and retiring helps laboratories to maintain a consistent calibration schedule while reducing their administrative overhead
- All results are recorded in a database providing a complete calibration history for each pipette and device

Pipette Tracker supports manual data entry or automated data collection from any RS232 or TCP/IP instrument. Pre-configured interfaces for most commonly used balances are included to simplify setting up data collection.
Pipette Tracker also includes a manufacturer’s database that lists pipette calibration specifications for over 1100 pipettes. These specifications can be imported into a calibration test plan and used to establish testing criteria. This can be a valuable aid in setting up test protocols for different pipettes or groups of pipettes.
All pipette calibration calculations are performed in accordance with the requirements as defined in ISO 8655, 20461 and ASTM E1154. Environmental variables that are often responsible for adversely affecting gravimetric test results are automatically taken into account. During calibration runs, evaporation, temperature, barometric pressure and relative humidity are immediately factored into mass-to-volume calculations as sample results are entered or collected from a balance.

Pipette Tracker - schedules calibrations, automates data collection during calibration, performs all calculations and corrections and can produces all required reports. It is suitable for single and multi-channel pipettes and liquid dispensers of fixed or variable volume, as well as volumetric glassware, and other devices that require calibration checks on a routine basis.
